DO YOU USE VINYL OR SCREEN PRINTS?
All of our prints here on our site are SCREEN PRINTED. The only time we will use VINYL is if it is a custom item specifically made for you and only you. For an example: We do offer custom Dog Mom crews & hoodies with your pets name on the arm. This item will be made using vinyl.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you love what you ordered! But in case you don't, we will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or unused items purchased from NorthernpinecoMN.com within 30 days of the order date. Once an order has been placed it can't be cancelled or changed. Refunds will be provided for item eligible for return in the manner in which the original purchased was made. Discounts given at the time of purchase will be deducted from returned merchandise refund. In the event of a refund, discount will be forfeited and may not be reused. Final sale items are not returnable or refundable. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping label cost or postage to self-mail. The return label cost will be deducted from the refund amount. We require a traceable method to ship back your return. Without this tracking information we will not accept a return or refund.
